We operate with a compact yet capable team of up to 10 skilled professionals and run a lean manufacturing unit equipped with modern injection molding machines. Our infrastructure is supported by in-house tooling and mold development capabilities, ensuring complete control over product design and quality. Every item that leaves our facility goes through multiple rounds of quality checks—reflecting our unwavering commitment to zero-defect manufacturing.

Mr. Manoj Joshi – Founder & Chairman, Plastic Engineer with 35+ years of hands-on expertise, renowned across Udaipur’s plastic industry as a mentor, troubleshooter, and guide. His ability to blend academic knowledge with practical insight makes him the go-to problem solver for many manufacturers in the region. Under his leadership, Cancer Plastomech has become synonymous with reliability, innovation, and collaborative growth.

Mrs. Anita Joshi – Director, Accounts & Finance, Commerce Graduate who oversees financial planning, compliance, and resource management. Her disciplined approach ensures financial stability and transparency, building long-term trust with partners and clients.

Mr. Nikhil Sharma – Industry Operations Lead, B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, drives operations with a focus on precision and efficiency. He oversees production planning and process optimization, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

Mrs. Shubhra Joshi – Plant & Marketing Head, B.Tech in Computer Science, combines technical expertise with modern marketing strategies. She manages plant operations while strengthening the company’s market presence in India and abroad.
